Due to currently passing the registration process with Ofsted and becoming a registered independent school, we are currently in the process of recruiting more teaching staff and this page on the website will continuously be updated in line with as and when new staff start with us at My Oasis.

Although core subject teachers are employed within My Oasis, as each student’s timetable is personalised to them, we employ specialist subject specific teachers on a needs basis depending on the subjects being studied by individual students.

Staff working within My Oasis are a dedicated team of professionals who all share the same passion to improve the lives of the young people we support. At My Oasis, we're not just a team; we're a family. United by a shared passion for unlocking the potential within every young person, our staff form the backbone of a service that's as diverse as the individuals we support. From the ground up, our team is built on the foundations of empathy, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to making education accessible to all.

Staff working within My Oasis form effective partnerships with parents, schools, and the community, with our overall focus being on each individual young person and fostering their interests. We believe working collaboratively as a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) alongside schools and external services helps secure the best possible outcomes for each young person referred to My Oasis, as well as bridges the gap between health and education.

Examples of staff members currently employed within the provision include teachers, specialist SEND nurture tutors, a sports coach, counsellors and psychotherapists, specialist CAMHS staff, as well as having links with external services such as school nurses, speech and language therapy and the police as just some examples of the organisations we work with to meet the holistic needs of each young person.
